New Fangame “Demake” Metroid Prime Origins Is Available Now!
In a surprising turn on the night of Metroid’s 40th anniversary, a small group of dedicated fans has released a CONTENT COMPLETE 2D 8-Bit of Metroid Prime! The release is called Metroid Prime Origins and works as as a complete NES-era reimagining of the GameCube classic, featuring 13 different endings, a variety of optional modes and content, new Aeon features, 360° aiming, a reimagined 8-bit style soundtrack, and so much more!
The game, as of the time of writing, has had its announcement video taken down, but a Reddit post containing information on the game, a link to the delisted video, and some download links is still available.

Hey everyone! You can call me SZ or Pikmineer; both are good! I’ve been a Metroid fan since 2019, and my first game in the series was, surprisingly Metroid on NES! What started as just playing a random NES game in the middle of the night turned into my favorite media franchise… crazy how those things happen!
I’m a lover of all things fiction; whether it’s a good book, an intense game, or the newest anime, you can bet I’m looking forward to it. My favorite franchises are Metroid (obviously), Pikmin (obviously), and Persona!
