Metroid Dread Walkthrough – amiibo

Metroid Dread continued the trend of releasing a dual-pack amiibo, as Samus in her “Dread Suit” and the E.M.M.I. were the slickest looking figures yet. Previous Metroid amiibo also offered unique bonuses as well. Below is a list of bonuses the various Metroid-related amiibo unlocks in Metroid Dread:

 

Samus (Metroid Dread)

  • One Time Unlock: On first use, players receive a bonus Energy Tank; this is a permanent upgrade.
  • Daily Bonus: Instantly restore 50, 100, or 200 health energy (the amount is randomized)

 

E.M.M.I.

  • One Time Unlock: On first use, players receive a bonus Missile+ Tank; this is a permanent upgrade.
  • Daily Bonus: Instantly restore 15, 30, or 60 missiles (the amount is randomized)

 

Zero Suit Samus, Samus (Smash Bros. Series), and Samus (Samus Returns) 

  • Daily Bonus: Instantly restore 50, 100, or 200 health energy (the amount is randomized)

 

Ridley, Metroid (Samus Returns), and Dark Samus

  • Daily Bonus: Instantly restore 15, 30, or 60 missiles (the amount is randomized)
