Fury Green
Missile Expansion #1
Location: Sinkhole, Fury Green
Requirements: None
Rescue Myles MacKenzie and he will try to open the container he was on to give you a reward. Shoot the hinge with your Charge Beam to open the container, and you will find the Missile Launcher inside. This will give you 10 starting missiles

Missile Expansion #2
Location: Grove of the Sacred Tree, Fury Green
Requirements: Missile Launcher
There’s a wall of amber next to the south door to Bridge Landing. Destroy it with a missile shot and Missile Expansion #2 will be there for the taking.

Missile Expansion #3
Location: Broken Hall, Fury Green
Requirements: Psychic Bombs
Enter the Morph Ball tunnel and lay a bomb next to the Onanalt Palm plant and the Missile Expansion will be right there.

Missile Expansion #11
Location: Cargo Launcher, Fury Green
Requirements: Psychic Boots
Head to the east side of the room and you’ll see what almost look like steps. Jump up and use your visor to materialize some Psychic Platforms; jump up to both platforms and you’ll see Missile Expansion #11, waiting for you to jump into it and claim it.

Missile Expansion #12
Location: Resin Creek, Fury Green
Requirements: Psychic Bombs
Once you have the bombs, return back to Fury Green and look for the Onanalt Palm in the middle of some roots in Resin Creek. Bomb it and jump into the tunnel to grab Missile Expansion #12!

Missile Expansion #13
Location: Cliffside Gate, Fury Green
Requirements: Psychic Boots
Use your Visor to materialize some Psychic Platforms in the center of the room and jump up to grab this Missile Expansion.

Missile Expansion #34
Location: Reflection Chamber, Fury Green
Requirements: Psychic Power Bombs
There’s a Denzium Galactic Federation crate behind “Betsy” the Mech Golem in this room; drop a Power Bomb and Missile Expansion #34 will be right there!

Volt Forge
Missile Expansion #4
Location: Facility Approach, Volt Forge
Requirements: None
Find this Missile Expansion sitting in the exposed backside of a crate on the ground directly behind the Vi-O-La Spinner, in the east corner of the room.

Missile Expansion #5
Location: Receiving Lobby, Tower 2, Volt Forge
Requirements: Tower 2 Power
You’ll need to have turned on the power in Tower 2 first. Activate a control panel on the upper walkway and a Morph Ball slot will open, allowing you to drop into a tunnel below the Vi-O-La arm mechanism. Carefully and quickly roll through the tunnel and over the floor during the brief times it’s not electrified and snag Missile Expansion #5. If you’re worried about getting through without damage, Psychic Boost Ball may help, but it is possible to get through here without taking damage even without Boost Ball.

Missile Expansion #6
Location: Speed Tunnel C, Volt Forge
Requirements: Control Beam, Psychic Boots
Right after the big jump on the speedway before entering Tower 1, hop off of Vi-O-La and walk back towards where the track breaks. Fire a Control Beam up into the small shaft above you and navigate through some crates until you hit the power node. The Psy energy will cause the protective shield around Missile Expansion #6 to drop, allowing you to Space Jump up and grab snag this Expansion.
Missile Expansion #24
Location: Loading Airlock, Volt Forge
Requirements: Psychic Boost Ball
Get into the Spinner in the upper right side of the room and start spinning so the transportation container starts to move over to the opposite side. You’ll actually need to ram the transportation container you’re moving against a second dormant container a few times, which will cause the dormant one to fall and open. Fully charged boosts work best for this. Deal with the two Maintenance Bots inside and then grab Missile Expansion #24!

Missile Expansion #25
Location: Irradiation Floor, Tower 1, Volt Forge
Requirements: Missiles, Psychic Boost Ball
Blast away the cover blocking entrance to a Morph Ball half pipe and roll in. You’ll need to use your Boost Ball to propel yourself up through three sets of mini-half pipes; once you reach the third, you’ll be right in front of Missile Expansion #25!

Missile Expansion #35
Location: Certification, Volt Forge
Requirements: Psychic Lasso, Thunder Shot
To your immediate right as soon as you step off the elevator, you’ll see a latch locking a gate on some kind of generator. Yank off the latch and then shoot the center of the generator with your Thunder Shot a few times to energize it. The center will start to spin and will power up the doors to an adjacent generator, allowing you to grab Missile Expansion #35!
Missile Expansion #36
Location: Certification, Tower 3, Volt Forge
Requirements: Missiles, Psychic Glove
Right before the boss chamber, a piece of wall on the right side is covered with rock. Blow it away and move the Psychic Node to reveal Missile Expansion #36.

Missile Expansion #37
Location: Processing, Tower 2, Volt Forge
Requirements: Psychic Boost Ball
After clearing the room of any unwanted Bot intruders, jump on top of the center console and Morph down, activating the Spinner. Once you’ve spun it all the way, a small locker containing Missile Expansion #37 will appear. Short boosts, rather than fully charged boosts, work best for this.

Ice Belt
Missile Expansion #14
Location: Loading Crane, Ice Belt
Requirements: Psychic Bombs
Blast away some crates covering up a bomb slot, Morph down, and activate said bomb slot. A gate housing Missile Expansion #14 will open right beside the bomb slot.

Missile Expansion #15
Location: Surgery Corridor, Ice Belt
Requirements: Fire Shot, Psychic Lasso, Psychic Bombs
Break a wall of ice covering the entrance to this little alcove and then use your Lasso to pull off the gate blocking a Morph Ball tunnel. Roll through and bomb a damaged gate to gain access to Missile Expansion #15.

Missile Expansion #16
Location: Staging Corridor, Ice Belt
Requirements: Ice Belt Generator Power
After the power has been restored and you’re making your way back up through the facility, Grievers will start to attack you, as you’ve no doubt seen. Fortunately, a Griever will race towards you from a previously locked room in the Staging Hall; destroy it, enter the room where it came out of, and roll through the tunnel to the connecting room, and Missile Expansion #16 will await.

Missile Expansion #17
Location: Bio-labs Access, Ice Belt
Requirements: Psychic Lasso, Fire Shot
In the far corner door, use your Psychic Lasso to remove the lock and enter Bio-labs Access. To your left will be some debris covering a Morph Ball tunnel; pull it away with the Lasso and roll through, using the Fire Shot to break the ice covering Missile Expansion #17. Claim your prize!

Missile Expansion #18
Location: Ancient Temple, Ice Belt
Requirements: None
Once you drop down into the room, immediately turn around. Under the walkway is a little alcove where Missile Expansion #18 rests.

Missile Expansion #38
Location: Quarantine, Ice Belt
Requirements: Thunder Shot
After you’ve acquired the Thunder Shot, return to Quarantine and blast open the Thunder lock. Deal with the Grievers and you’ll see Missile Expansion #38 sitting there for the taking.

Missile Expansion #39
Location: Lobby Conduit, Ice Belt
Requirements: Psychic Spider Ball
You’ll need to complete a puzzle where you’ll have to use the Tether Nodes to pull yourself up to each side of a locked gate containing this Expansion and drop bombs to activate switches. The switches are the two red buttons on either side, and placing a bomb in front of them will turn them green. As if this wasn’t hard enough, you’ll only have a few seconds to get to the other side before the switches shut off and reset – see the below video for full details. Once the gate is open, fling yourself into Missile Expansion #39.
Missile Expansion #40
Location: Storage Bay, Ice Belt
Requirements: Psychic Spider Ball
Drop under the catwalk taking you to the center of this room and you’ll find a little Morph Ball elevator. Hop in and ride the Spider Tracks once you descend. Make your way to the left, bombing the Ice Crawler in your way, and you’ll see this Missile Expansion. You’ll need to perform a double bomb jump without the help of the Spring Ball, which can be tough (pro-tip: lay your third bomb on your ascent after the first bomb launches you up, or else your second bomb will take too long to propel you up. Second pro-tip: your third bomb doesn’t have to be as high as you probably think to get you the height you need). Once you’ve got the timing down and nail the double bomb jump, you should go crashing into this Expansion!
Flare Pool
Missile Expansion #10
Location: Volcano Entrance, Flare Pool
Requirements: Psychic Boots
Over the lava on the right side of the room, use your Visor to scan some Psychic Platforms into existence. Jump up and across the three platforms and you’ll see the Missile Expansion sitting on a ledge atop the room.

Missile Expansion #23
Location: Shoreline Access, Flare Pool
Requirements: Ice Shot, Missiles
Freeze and destroy some flowing lava blocking access to a small alcove. Once the lava is no more, jump in and grab the Missile Expansion.

Missile Expansion #26
Location: Overseer Room, Flare Pool
Requirements: Control Beam, Psychic Glove, Psychic Bombs
At the top of the center console in the room, you’ll see a Bomb Slot. Lay a bomb and then grab it with your Psychic Glove to energize the bomb slot. This will cause three hydraulic arms to shoot out, each with energy at the end that need to be simultaneously destroyed. Use your Control Beam and hit all three, and the latch hiding Missile Expansion #26 will open.
Missile Expansion #44
Location: Undercarriage, Flare Pool
Requirements: Psychic Boost Ball, Psychic Spider Ball
Make your way into the half pipe and boost up until you’re almost at the ceiling; use your Spider Ball to grab ahold of the Spider Tracks on the left side. Keep crawling along the track until you run into Missile Expansion #44.

Missile Expansion #45
Location: Pressure Monitoring, Flare Pool
Requirements: Thunder Shot, Psychic Lasso
Make your way to the Boiler Room and you should see doors with Thunder Locks on them. Break them off and enter the new room. You’ll see a giant generator with two lockers on either side and a large hatch that can be pulled off. Use your Lasso to yank it free, and then use your Thunder Shot to energize the center console. This will power the generator, opening both lockers to reveal a Shot Expansion and a Missile Expansion.

Missile Expansion #46
Location: Cooling Room, Flare Pool
Requirements: Thunder Shot
From the Entry Bay, break open the door on the top right with a Thunder Shot. Destroy the Heavy Turret in this new room and grab Missile Expansion #46 just sitting there.

Missile Expansion #47
Location: Energy Extraction, Flare Pool
Requirements: Psychic Spider Ball
As soon as you enter this room from the Entry Bay, you’ll see some Spider Tracks on your left. Carefully climb upwards, avoiding the electrical currents, and keep going until you reach the Missile Expansion sitting at the top of the room.
Missile Expansion #48
Location: Energy Injection, Flare Pool
Requirements: Thunder Shot, Psychic Lasso, Missiles
Get ready, cause you’re gonna have to work for this one. From the Map Station room, blast away a Thunder lock on the left door and make your way into the Subobservation Access hallway, eliminating any enemies. Once you’re in the Energy Injection room, you’ll need to defeat swarms of Psy-Bots, including Shockers and Gunners.
Defeat six bots and then you’ll be able to blast a missile at the large metal framing blocking the missile access. From there, use your Lasso to pull off the gate, Morph down and enter the storage access, jump up and finally, do a double bomb jump to get this well earned Missile Expansion.

Missile Expansion #49
Location: Volcano Heart, Flare Pool
Requirements: Vi-O-La IC
Return to the Volcano Heart and navigate the debris, and eventually you’ll come across this Expansion floating in the lava on the east side of the room.

Great Mines
Missile Expansion #29
Location: Main Shaft – Level 1, Great Mines
Requirements: Psychic Spider Ball
Before crossing the divide to proceed further into the Mines, circle to the backside of the elevator building and you’ll see a platform with a downed drone; jump over and use the Spider Tracks to climb up. You’ll need to use bombs to reach the higher tracks, but the second track will intermittently lose its power. Time your climb correctly, and once you get to the top, you can let go and fall right on top of Missile Expansion #29.

Missile Expansion #30
Location: Narrow Crevice, Great Mines
Requirements: Psychic Grapple,
Once you jump across the first little gap in this room, turn around and you’ll see some Crystal Crawlers. Use them as grapple points to make your way across the divide, landing on a small platform where Missile Expansion #30 will be.

Missile Expansion #31
Location: Blast Mining, Great Mines
Requirements: Super Missiles
Immediately after acquiring the Super Missiles, fire one at blue Koornicite Ore to shatter it. Behind the ore will be Missile Expansion #31 for the taking.

Missile Expansion #32
Location: Transit Tunnel E, Great Mines
Requirements: Psychic Grapple
Directly across from the Save Station, you’ll see a glass tube running parallel to the wall. There’s a latch you can yank open, so do so and Morph down to enter the tube. Roll your way to the left and you’ll run right into Missile Expansion #32.

Missile Expansion #41
Location: Transit Tunnel A, Great Mines
Requirements: Super Missiles
Use a Super Missile on the enhanced gate lock to destroy it. Beware of all the Grievers your blast will attract, but Missile Expansion #41 will be sitting there for the taking.

Missile Expansion #42
Location: Transit Tunnel B, Great Mines
Requirements: Super Missile
You’ll see an enhanced gate lock among some rubble here; blast it away with a Super Missile, and you’ll reveal Missile Expansion #42.

Missile Expansion #43
Location: Blast Mining, Great Mines
Requirements: Psychic Power Bombs, Super Missiles
Lay a Power Bomb inside the enhanced Bomb Slot and it will raise up a cart of Koornicite Ore, conveniently housing a Missile Expansion inside. Quickly blast the ore with a Super Missile, eliminate any Grievers you’ve attracted with your artillery, and grab Missile Expansion #43.

Sol Valley
Missile Expansion #7
Location: Southwest Sol Valley (S15, Map)
Requirements: Vi-O-La
Once you get Viola, drive down in the southwestern corner and you’ll see some rocks in a ramp shape, leading you towards a hole in some other rocks with a Missile Expansion floating in the air. Line up the ramp and drive, activating your boost as you reach the end of the ramp, and you’ll soar into this Missile Expansion!
Missile Expansion #8
Location: Entrance of Spring Shrine, Sol Valley
Requirements: None
Locate the Shrine in Sol Valley (check out our map here) and enter. Drop down in the water, collecting all the green crystals near you while you’re there, and roll through a Morph Ball tunnel and you’ll see Missile Expansion #8 waiting for you.

Missile Expansion #9
Location: Sol Valley (C19, Map)
Requirements: Psychic Boots
In the Galactic Federation debris located in the mid-northern part of the map, you’ll see some downed containers and structures – look for the severed Golem arm grasping the building. Eliminate all the sand wasp nests and you’ll see an opening to jump inside one of the pieces of debris. Blast a container towards the top of the room and double jump up to grab the Missile Expansion.

Missile Expansion #19
Location: Sol Valley (D10, Map)
Requirements: Psychic Lasso
Directly in front of the entrance to the Ice Belt, you’ll see a glowing pile of debris that’s been covered in sand. Scan it to reveal a Lasso point, then use your Psychic Lasso to pull the debris out, which will cause a cargo crate to be unearthed. Blast it and grab Missile Expansion #19.

Missile Expansion #20
Location: Sol Valley (F22, Map)
Requirements: Psychic Lasso
In a spot northeast of the Shrine, about halfway between Great Mines and Chrono Tower, you’ll see a glowing pile of debris that’s been covered in sand. Scan it to expose a Lasso point, then use your Psychic Lasso to pull the debris out, which will cause a cargo crate to be unearthed. Blast it and grab Missile Expansion #20.

Missile Expansion #21
Location: Sol Valley (P12, Map)
Requirements: Psychic Lasso
Directly west of the Thunder Blocker Shrine, you’ll see a glowing pile of debris that’s been covered in sand. Scan it to reveal a Lasso point, then use your Psychic Lasso to pull the debris out, which will cause a cargo crate to be unearthed. Blast it and grab Missile Expansion #21.

Missile Expansion #22
Location: Entrance to Ice Belt, Sol Valley (B4, Map)
Requirements: Psychic Grapple, Psychic Boost Ball
Return to the Entrance to Ice Belt with the items you need and proceed towards Ice Belt as regular. Instead of taking the elevator down, however, proceed to the hallway on the other side of the elevator. Use your Psychic Grapple to pull you up and across and exit back to Sol Valley. Send the Mech Part back to Base Camp, and then ride the Psychic Boost Rail to a small platform where Missile Expansion #22 will be waiting.

Missile Expansion #27
Location: West G.F. Debris, Sol Valley (L8, Map)
Requirements: Psychic Grapple, Control Shot
On the western corner of the map, and directly southeast of the Fury Green entrance, you’ll see some Galactic Federation Debris with a large tower pointing skyward. Jump on a couple of crates to position yourself so that you’re facing the north side of the tower, use your Control Beam, and fire a shot that goes up and into the opening in the scaffolding at the top of the tower. You should hit a power switch that causes the Tower to come down to a 90° angle.
From here, once you’ve gotten the Psychic Grapple, swing your way across crates to grab this Missile Expansion.

Missile Expansion #28
Location: South G.F. Debris, Sol Valley (R20, Map)
Requirements: Thunder Shot
In the Galactic Federation Debris at the bottom middle of the map, circle the wreckage and you’ll see a panel on the northwest side that needs to be hit with your Thunder Shot in order for it to open. Do so and roll through the tunnel, grabbing Missile Expansion #28.

Missile Expansion #33
Location: Sol Valley (O3, Map)
Requirements: None
After speaking to him once, find Tokabi in the southwest desert – look for black smoke rising and listen for the sounds of a harmonica – and listen to his story about Sollan. After listening to what he has to say, Tokabi will gift you a Missile Expansion.
