Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse Release Date Revealed for October 15th on Xbox, PS5, and Steam; Nintendo Switch version TBD

After a previous announcement as part of the series’ 40^th anniversary, Castlevania: Belmont’s Curse has been announced for worldwide release on October 15^th! This news came rather suddenly in Jun 7^th’s Xbox Game Showcase, paired with a new trailer. The game will follow new protagonist Rose Belmont, and follows her quest as part of the legendary vampire hunting family, bearing part of Dracula’s power in her arm.

This does, however, come with a small caveat. While the game will be releasing October 15, 2026 for Xbox, PS5, and Steam, only a vague 2026 date is listed for Nintendo Switch. While there are only two following months it could release in, it is still a shame for a later launch on the hybrid console.
